Dr. Tali Elfersi treats kids, teens, adults and seniors, with four kinds of braces and Invisalign. A parent and a 40-year-old professional search for very different things, so we planned the site around those searches and built it in WordPress with a page for each treatment.

Most orthodontist websites have one braces page and one Invisalign page. That works for nobody in particular. The parent of a seven-year-old wants to know when to start. An adult wants braces nobody will notice. A teenager wants Invisalign and their parent wants to know what it costs.
Elfersi Orthodontics offers traditional, ceramic and lingual braces, Invisalign and clear aligners, early treatment for kids and care for seniors. We wanted each of those patients to land on a page written for them, see who Dr. Elfersi is, and book a free consultation.
We planned the treatment navigation before any design work. Every page has its own URL and title, so it can rank for its own search and give ads a specific place to land.

Counts include each menu's hub page. The bite-problem pages exist because many people search the symptom (“overbite”) before they know the treatment.

Modern equipment, treatment choice, board certification and the team. The board certification card matters most: it separates a specialist from the general dentists in Beverly Hills who also sell aligners.
Braces, Invisalign and Orthodontics each open their hub page. A visitor who scrolls past the navigation still gets a clear way into the treatment they came for.

Braces for Kids uses the practice's own patient photos. The sidebar lists every other braces page, so a parent who also wants to ask about their own teeth finds Braces for Adults in one click.
Parents pick an orthodontist for their child the way they pick a pediatrician. Dr. Elfersi's page puts her board certification, her direct phone and email, and a full biography in one place.

“Will insurance cover it?” is the question families ask first. The form answers it by email, and its last field asks how they heard about the practice: Google Search, Google Maps, a friend or another doctor.
More than 80 five-star reviews sit near the bottom of the homepage, with a View All button that opens the full list on Google.

Most families find an orthodontist on their phone. On mobile the header keeps a call button next to the menu on every page, and each treatment page opens with its photo and a plain description of the treatment.

Abdullah led our SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and website CRO strategy, and the difference was clear. Our campaigns became more focused, our website converted better, and we began seeing a steady increase in qualified new patient enquiries.
